Hi, everyone! My hypothesis is based on behaviorism and cognitive perspective. I practice shadowing every day. Today, I watched Selena Gomez’s speech on YouTube and imitated it. The youtuber explains each sentence and important expression. He gives a more natural translation than a direct translation. Therefore, I could learn more natural English. I learned a new idiom “The point being is~”. It means “in short” or “what I want to say is”. I will try using the idiom.
